N.Droz is a Polish-Canadian Illustrator who creates decorative digital art, similar to stained glass windows, also at times painterly and orchestral in nature. Read do's & don'ts below.You will only receive full resolution digital file/s of the commission. No physical item will be shipped to your home address.Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over the age of 18, and are able to pay of your own ability (have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc.). I will not issue invoices to a different person other than the client unless discussed and agreed upon.There may be rush fees if you provide a tight deadline of a minimum of 1 month. + Requests & Revisions +
Changing references is allowed if I haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if I have started or not!I will provide screenshots of WIPs throughout the process. You are limited to 5 edits during the sketching-rough colours stage, and 1 chance for minor adjustments in the finishing stages (including hues, painting in missing details, etc.).Any further edits will have added fees to the overall cost.No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.
+ Uses and credit +
Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. There are extra charges and/or royalties involved for commercial projects.Do not claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the artwork.I retain rights to artist credits and publishing the art in our personal portfolio & social media.You must let me know if you plan on selling any of my commissioned work (ex: merch).Publishing and privatization of commissions can be considered and discussed, especially for marketing purposes of commercial work.Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given (such as linking any of the artist's relevant social media account/s).Noncommercial and commercial works made by ndroz are NOT authorized for use in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs, AI machines, and any form of cryptocurrency/reupload on social media.
+ Payments, Refunds, Cancellations +
I, as the artist, reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.1/2 of payment is accepted after the greyscale thumbnails are done. 5 revisions is allowed during this + the rough colours stage, anymore will result in an additional fee.1/2 of payment is accepted after the final render is done. Major revisions will require an additional fee during this stage.Refunds will not be available, unless in an emergency situation where I don't think I will be able to complete the commission.Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 5 months without progress.In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will forfeit your ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork/s at any stage of progress.Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep the commission files sent.If the invoice was sent and hasn't been paid for over two weeks, i will cancel the commission unless there's mutual agreement regarding the delay.Any additional charges (rush fees, further edits, added assets, etc.) will be upheld and respected by all parties involved.
